I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Virginia and waiting for my application to be processed as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). I received my Bachelor's in Developmental Psychology and my Master's in Counseling and Development both from George Mason University. I work with children (3.5+ y/o), adolescents, and their families, as well as with young adults (18-26 y/o) to help them achieve their goals and improve their day-to-day lives. I am also an LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming therapist. Through an integrative approach to therapy, I combine my years of training, experience, and knowledge in different areas to use an individual approach tailored for every client's specific needs, preferences, and challenges! My goal is to help my clients feel seen, heard, understood, and accepted, empowering them with skills and support as they take the lead on their journeys to healing & peace!
